FitSoc is a sports discovery and community platform that provides the following services: • Interactive map of sports sessions near you • Club and community discovery • Session booking and management • Sports community interaction • Coach and instructor profiles

When using this service, you agree to: • Provide true and accurate personal information • Respect the privacy and rights of other users • Not engage in any illegal or harmful behaviour • Follow the rules and etiquette of sports venues • Be responsible for your own physical safety during activities

FitSoc aims to foster a positive and inclusive sports community. Users should: • Maintain a friendly and respectful attitude • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or hate speech • Share positive and constructive content • Report inappropriate behaviour

We have a zero tolerance policy for any offensive content or abusive behaviour. Prohibited activities include: • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory content • Pornographic, explicit, or inappropriate sexual content • False information, fraud, or malicious content • Spam or unsolicited advertising Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant FitSoc a licence to use it for service delivery and promotion. Users must ensure they have the appropriate rights to share any content they upload.

FitSoc is a platform for discovering and organising sports activities. We are not responsible for user interactions, the quality of sports sessions, or the safety of physical activities. Users participate in all activities at their own risk and should assess the suitability of any session independently.

FitSoc may terminate accounts for: • Violating the terms of service or zero tolerance policy • Engaging in inappropriate behaviour or posting offensive content • Repeated reports from other users Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
